PRACTICAL INFO

Please, remember the following items (and many more) coming on safari to Botswana:

Your passport

Valid visa if necessary

Malaria prophylactics (consult with your doctor or tropical clinic) and insect repellent

Inocculations are not required but some might be advisable: hepatitis, tetanus ...

Hat and sunglasses

Sunscreen for your skin

In winter - warm clothing

Comfortable shoes

Photo or video camera with spare batteries and enough film, memory cards, tapes, and charger

Binoculars, especially if you are interested in birds

We travel using the boats and driving on very sandy bush tracks. Therefore, it is important that you limit your luggage to 15 kg only (excluding camera equipment). For travelling in the Okavango Delta be prepared to pack what you need for these days into a separate smaller bag.

The remaining luggage will stay safely at our offices in Maun.
